Jake came up with a fabulous redesign of our very outdated kitchen and eating area. We were allowed to take samples of stained wood and granite so we could take time to make good decisions. The cabinet installers were very neat and made sure everything was done carefully and well. Checked in on his workers to see how things were going. Returned phone calls promptly. Answered every question honestly and simply. Progression of the entire job was really smooth starting with initial consultation; agreeing to a plan; choosing wood, stain, pulls, and design; installation of cabinets and granite countertops; final check to make sure we were happy with the work and the results. Jake was always cooperative, friendly, and professional. Our new kitchen was finished on time with absolutely no problems. I can’t think of anything I would have changed in the whole process – thanks Jake for everything!
